Snow Removal

The Association is contracted with Achenbach Landscaping for all landscaping items.

Items include:

• Mulching of common area tree beds only
• Mowing of all grass in LFTH as needed
• Maintenance of trees located on common ground only

All garbage and recycling cans must be kept within the garage or on the back patio on non-pickup days.
