The Association is contracted with Achenbach Landscaping for snow removal.
Please be advised that:
- Snow removal will begin within 2 hours AFTER the snow has stopped falling.
- Buckets with Calcium Chloride (or sand in areas where there is new concrete) will be placed by each mailbox cluster for use of residents on their driveway and/or areas which may be slippery.
- Removal of snow on the driveways, sidewalks and private walkways is the resident’s responsibility and must be removed within 24 hours after snow has fallen.
- When there is a threat of significant snow (over 2") all residents must move their cars off of the roads and into their garages and/or driveways. Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in fines or legal action by the Association and/or Chalfont Borough.
- If the resident is going to be away, it is their responsibility to ensure their vehicles are off the road and the snow is removed from their respective areas.
